Editing on your device
Image conversion, pixel editing and PDF or PNG generation run in your browser. Original images are not uploaded by the conversion tool. Local drafts use this browser's IndexedDB. Clearing browser data or changing devices removes access to those local drafts.
Account and cloud projects
Google sign-in provides your name, email and account identity. When you save to the cloud, we store your grid, project name, settings and recovery versions in Cloudflare D1 and private R2 storage. A chart thumbnail is uploaded with the save. Reference images are uploaded only when you separately choose that option.
Cookies and private access
Session cookies keep you signed in. Project and image requests check account ownership. Private responses are not placed in a shared public cache. Optional analytics are described below.
Optional usage analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits through Cloudflare Zaraz, and Microsoft Clarity records interactions to help us improve public pages. These services can use cookies and device information. We do not load them on private project, editor, account or login pages. Chart content and form inputs are masked from Clarity. We do not send project names, uploaded images or account details as analytics events.
Use Privacy choices at the bottom of public pages to allow or decline analytics, or change your choice later. Declining does not affect the tools. Google and Microsoft process analytics under their own privacy policies.
Retention and removal
Cloud projects remain until you delete them. The recycle bin offers a 7-day recovery window, after which maintenance permanently removes their files. The most recent 10 recovery snapshots are retained for active projects. Deleting an account disables access immediately and schedules its projects and images for permanent removal.
Your controls
Download your projects, remove optional reference images by saving a project without them, manage deleted projects in the recycle bin, or request account deletion from account settings. Signing out clears that account's local draft cache after you confirm how to handle unsynced work.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application and stored projects. Google provides sign-in. These providers process information under their own policies. Operational logs avoid image pixels, project text, access tokens and session cookies.
