Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OvO Pixel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OvO Pixel provides AI-powered pixel art generation tools. Users can upload photos and receive pixel art versions of those photos.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to use generation tools.
  • New accounts receive 30 free credits.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You own the pixel art generated from your uploads. OvO Pixel retains rights to the Service, including the AI models, software, and branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

OvO Pixel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
